The four most common cancer types in Prince George’s County are breast, colorectal, lung and prostate cancers. Each of these is an area of focus at the Cancer Center at UM Capital Region Health.

At the same time, specialists at the Cancer Center have the expertise to provide care for other common and rare cancers, including:

  • Cancers of the liver, bile ducts and pancreas
  • Melanoma (skin cancer)
  • Sarcoma (bone and soft tissue)
  • Lymphoma (lymph nodes)
